Fish Food
While I’ve been extremely happy with my choice to use WordPress to power this site, I did consider TypePad for a while, particularly because TypePad gives you a pretty easy way to create graphic lists of music and books and movies that you’ve been enjoying. While it’s taken me some time, I’ve finally built my own. I’ve created a sidebar category called “Fish Food” that has links to lists of music I’m listening to and the books I’m reading. Eventually, I’ll add a movie list, but first I have to, like, watch some movies and stuff.
So there’s that. Enjoy.
For what it’s worth, today also marks the end of this site’s second month. I’m up to 66 posts and 22,841 words. And some of them were even good. I don’t write those numbers because I expect you to care. I just think it’s an interesting benchmark, that’s all.
I really wanted to write something more substantial today. But I decided to clean, nap, and spend time with my wife instead. I know you’ll understand.

Ever since you put this feature in, the font/size/formatting of “Past Tales” and everything below has been screwy. I’ve seen it on two XP machines, one w/ Firefox and one w/ IE6.

that seems to be what the doctor ordered.
this tweaking as i go stuff has resulted in one funky-ass css file. i should clean that up one of these days.

whoa.
that’s what i get for posting something without testing it on anything but a mac.
hmmm… looks like wordpress puts a second level of list tags in its page hierarchy. i’ll have to play with this for a bit. thanks for the heads up.
