Excellent choices, especially the Do Make Say Think track. I think DMST often gets overlooked (unfortunately) due to their labelmates, but their music is amazing and definitely stands on its own.

Well, I let my trusty iPod make the choices for me for this list, so I can’t take too much credit. But it was indeed a particularly good set this week. And surprisingly, the transition from INXS to DMST is not nearly as jarring as you might think.
I only have DMST’s third and fourth albums, but I agree. They’re great. Honestly, I find them much more listenable than anything I’ve heard from Godspeed, although the opening of “Lift Yr. Skinny Fists” is pretty tremendous.
