Friday Random 10 (Special Karma Edition)

Okay, so last week I teased Nicole a little for her Random 10, what with the 80s cheesiness and the CCM and all. Since I’m at home still trying to beat this cold, I have access to a much larger selection than fits on my iPod, and wouldn’t you know but this week the Gods of Randomness saw fit to strike me down....

  1. Spit on a Stranger - Pavement
  2. Love Song for a Savior - Jars of Clay
  3. Swine - Elvis Costello & The Brodsky Quartet
  4. You Deserve Flowers - Chris Thile
  5. Cruel Summer - Bananarama
  6. Shadows - Yo La Tengo
  7. Selfless, Cold, and Composed - Ben Folds Five
  8. Twelve Days of Christmas - John Denver & The Muppets
  9. Personal Jesus - Johnny Cash
  10. Freedom 90 - George Michael

You wouldn’t *cough* make fun of *hack* a sick person, *wheeze* would you?

Oh my, It just doesn’t seem right to kick a man when he’s so obviously got issues....John Denver and George Michael? Wow.

bestman - Our pastor actually quoted a hefty portion of that interview in a sermon a few weeks ago.  Good stuff.

Nicole - yeah, well… um… I’d have a witty retort, but I knew my list was bad when Bananarama didn’t even warrant a mention.  *sigh*
