Recent Comments
Over the last few days, quite a few new readers have made their way to this site, and several of you have even bothered to leave comments. All y’all are very welcome here, and it’s great to get your feedback and input.
I know I’m still relatively new to this business, but ultimately, I’d like to encourage even more conversation and community. Part of that will certainly require me to write pieces worthy of comment. And I’ll do the best I can. But it also helps to know when there are conversations going on.
To that end, I’ve added a new feature to the site: the Recent Comments list in the upper right.
I’ve found that it’s much easier to track conversation on sites where I don’t have to go digging around to figure out if anyone has written a new comment. (I’m looking at you, Blogger.) With any luck, this feature might eventually encourage people not only to respond to each other’s comments, but also to feel free to start new conversations on old posts.
Or, it might just sit there like the blogging equivalent of tumbleweed and crickets.
We’ll see.
We now return you to your regularly scheduled megachurch criticism. That is, after I’m done with The Daily Show.
2 Ripples from “Recent Comments”

"Recent comments”?
Honestly.
All this work, all these puns, and you don’t have the decency to call it Recent Ripples?
For shame…

*sigh*
It used to be about the puns, man. And now… I don’t know what’s happened to me.
This is clearly what happens when I don’t run things by you first. Thanks for reminding me what’s truly important.
It should be fixed now.
