Search Engine Traffic That Just Makes Me Sad
I normally enjoy watching how people find my site.
Not today.
Somehow, I’ve made it to the front page of Google or Yahoo for several of these searches. On a few, I’m even the top spot. I’m not particularly proud of this.
As the hits keep on coming, each one makes me sigh.
I’ve had some strong things to say about Pastor Haggard’s theology in the past. But not about the man himself.
For the record, I really hope this isn’t true.
Update: Sadly enough, Friday was a record traffic day for me. Bleh.

I hear you. My wife found my blog on the first try when I told her, though I think that was because I misspelled his name. With a nod to the cliched, we are not about personal destruction, and I too hope that this man has not been living a double life. that has to suck for anyone.

The biggest loser in all of this is the Church. Only God can redeem such heartbreak and brokeness for the good of his kingdom, and I feel we’re all likely to be held accountable for the souls we alienate by this scandal and various reactions to it.

Dude, get some advertising going here. Maybe you can make some beer money off the next evangelical scandal.
